Master of Plague (20) - Defeat Lord Antharg
Savior of Malbec (20) - Defeat Araveine
Stormfriend (10) - Gain the Stormfriend award by collecting all four Storm Items (this also adds +2 battle).

Alternate Areas
If you free the Necromancer that Darkhunter captures near the beginning of the game, there will be more areas available near the end. Although, your companions may leave you if you choose to pursue your evil ambitions.
