Enchanted Arms Cheats
At London city, go to the casino (slum area). Use a save and load method, and play roulette by betting 1000 chips for the first 9-12 numbers which you can earn around 24000-26000 chips if you win. The chances are roughly 1/3 to 1/4. Quit casino and save after you win. Naturally, if you lose, reload your last save. Repeat that and you can earn unlimited casino chips.

Enchanted Arms Hints
Easy Way To Beat Cereberus
First you need two things

1. A character/golem with a move that gives gravity to the enemy at least 2 squares back (Atsumas gravity force)

2. A character/golem with an attack that goes at least 4 squares back

At the beginning of the battle hit him with everything you got (don't use the gravity move yet), wait for him to go one space back (should be in back 2 rows)
Now you use the gravity move and move all your characters to the back row, now he can't hit you as long your in the back row. Attack with the 4 square attacker in the back row

This way takes a very long time if you have a weak 4 square attacker so be patient.
