As gamers, we use the word 'epic' one hell of a lot. Whether discussing wins, fails, or Cliffy B's bosses, those two little syllables are never far away. Rarely however, do we use them in their literal context. A context of which this week's video is a stark reminder.
As we all know, Harry Gregson-Williams' Metal Gear Solid 2 theme makes anything epic. But what happens when you put it alongside something already epic? Say, the climactic Balboa vs. Creed fight from Rocky II? And what happens if by some miracle of audio-visual synergy both of those elements synch up better than The Wizard of Oz and Dark Side of the Moon, without the need for any tricksy editing whatsoever? Goose bumps and man-tears all around the GamesRadar office. That's what happens.
