    I like the powerup sound, it lets me know when I'm close. Otherwise i'd be roaming the entire world looking for that one last missle tank. (I'm a completionist, so what)

    How about the extra various beeping sounds added with L4D2? D0CCON mentioned the alarm klaxxon in Bad Company 2, ugh, that sound.

    BF:BC2, when playing Conquest and your team is down to their last ten lives and the warning horn starts blowing and refuses to stop. It stinks and I've had it last for over 20 minutes on a few occasions when my team decided to fight worth a damn by the point when it was too late. Or the sound in pokemon that happens when either you are poisoned and walking (not overly annoying) or when your pokemon is at low health (BEEP BEEP BEEP). My worst types of sounds are the high pitched ones that continue for a long, long time (usually beyond your control).

    are you kidding me? what about the low hp sound in ALL pokemon games? and the poison sound when u have no antidotes when u walk around? pisses me off....

    How could you miss these? When you said Altered Beast, I thought of the noise that happens when all your powerups are taken away at the end of the level.. ugh. And when you said Pookeymans, I thought of the noise that plays when you ALMOST capture a pokemon... *dook, dook... BSHHHWHOO*

    Oh god...the Cliff Racers...I just blocked them from memory and you drug it all back to the surface....*whimper* You know it's annoying when a mod to remove them becomes more popular than a nudity mod.
