If the OS gains popularity by the time I upgrade in a few years time then I'll consider it, especially if microsoft is still pushing touch interfaces on non touch devices and if both microsoft and apple are still doing their best to take away your freedom.

What's that? You like touch interfaces?? Well then I've got the perfect two touchpad controller for-....... oh wait you said you don't like touch interfaces. My bad.

To clarify I meant, UIs designed for touch interfaces on non touch devices (windows 8) although I do have mixed opinions on that controller, I like what they're trying to do but it seems like they're going about it in a stupid way.

Considering that Microsoft has indicated that Direct X will be going the way of pagers I think it's obvious that the PC gaming community will need somebody else to promote PC gaming.

Is that correct? Are you referring to the email that went out and then was retracted? It really would make no sense for MS to be getting rid of DirectX since it is a critical component of Xbone.

I hope you guys talk about what this means for gaming in RadioRadar because I honestly don't see how this is a big deal
