If you look on the right side of your screen you will see a map. if you look on the right side of it you will see a dead end. go there, look around there and you will see a treasure chest, break it open and a spear will be there. it is called Earth pike.

Never Die on Bosses

Have you ever died on bosses numerous times? Here is an easy way to never die but always kill the other bosses. Instead of going straight for the bosses, kill the humans and or goblins first. Then all your units will attack the boss. Stand right next to the boss and just defend. Your army and side heroes will destroy the boss. When the boss has almost no health wait for an opening, get out of block and finish it quick. You'll get just as much experience and you won't die.
