I have a dream, a dream in which Sony gamers, Nintendo gamers, Xbox gamers AND even PC gamers will join hands, and walk together as brothers and sisters. I have a dream that one day every indie developer shall be exalted, every gimmick shall be pushed aside, the rough polygons will be made smooth, and invisible borders will be a thing fo the past, and the glory of gaming shall be revealed, and all gamers shall see it together. This will be the day when all gamers will be able to play with a new meaning, "My console, 'tis of thee, sweet piece of technology, of thee I sing. A time when my fanboyism died, a time of the gamer's pride, from every console and PC, let freedom ring." Let's stop hatin' on eachother, if we are going to bitch at anyone lets bitch at Activision... Not only do they deserve it, they make it easy.

Nice article. I like about 1/2 of Little Deviants, so the 5 is the right score their haha. Great coverage of the Vita while still maintaining that Gamesradar vibe. Good stuff.

"Single-handedly Justifies the Need for New Hardware Award: Uncharted: Golden Abyss" You can never justify anything NEEDING something, the dual touch-screens are not truly needed. That game could have been done just as well with two analog sticks, I don't remember Uncharted NEEDING touchscreens on the PS3. Just as Skyward Sword can kind of justify Wii Motion Plus existing, but it can not justify the NEED of Plus. Do you see what I am saying?

Alright I could deal with it at first, but the excess of Vita articles is giving me AIDS. Write about something else already, holy shit.

@ Cyberdelic, ummm Nintendo stabbed Sony in the back over the Playstation. They then screwed over Phillips too. I personally prefer the Xbox over the PS, before you start accusing me of fanboyism, but srsly, Sony do their own thing and do it well.

disagree with the game slot thing. I have short nails and I can still open it easily.
  • Beoftw - February 25, 2012 1:02 a.m.

Obviously gamesradar wasn't paid to plug PS vita as much as possible. This is ridiculous guys. Have some pride in actually giving unbiased reviews instead of just talking from your pocket.

"OMG THE SITE IS SO BEING PAID OFF FOR WRITTING DIFFERENT ARTICLES ABOUT A NEW CONSOLE!" Go visit any other side, and you'll plenty of PSVita info in the front page, are you going to accuse them of being paid off as well? Also, really wish it was true that GR was being bribed as often as your kind of idiots accuse them of. If this was true, maybe they would have not needed to lay off 4 of their best editors >_>
  • Beoftw - February 26, 2012 1:29 a.m.

Well no crap, I just remember when this was nothing but cheatplanet and didn't force feed everyone paid for reviews like game informer. Did I say other sites didnt? No. I'm not worried about how they influence me, I'm worried about how they influence other, more suceptable people who keep insulting money shcams like the PSVita to just keep happening. I don't care how you look at it, Sony went OUT OF THEIR WAY with the PS vita to make every cent possible in every way possible.

I'm jumping on the Rayman Origins bandwagon when the 3DS version comes out next month.

    Same here, can't wait!
  • talleyXIV - February 26, 2012 11:44 a.m.

Yeah I played it on the PS3 a little and I think it will make the perfect 3DS game.
  • jrjunior22 - February 24, 2012 3:08 p.m.

Everytime I read a PS Vita article I really want more one...but costs over U$900,00 here in sad.
  • penguinchilli - February 24, 2012 1:47 p.m.

I'v always loved the idea of trophies, more so that they're called trophies and not achievements :P I think they add longevity to a game and, for me, gives me something to come back for. I've just got the platinum for sky rim and without those trophies I wouldn't have clocked over 100 hours on it. I was especially pleased to see that the trophies on the PS Vita aren't a short, half-arsed list of trophies either, there's a whole load for uncharted, wipeout and modnation!
  • garnsr - February 24, 2012 1:24 p.m.

Can we get more articles written by people who play Sony systems more than a few times a year? Updates aren't that frequent if you use the system, and only early adopters know that there weren't trophies on PS3 from the beginning. If the battery pack on my 360 weren't corroded, making the $50 controller worthless, and I tried to start up the system after not using it for a long time, I'd have to wait for updates. However, I do wish the PS3 updates gave us something at least nearly interesting each time.
  • BladedFalcon - February 24, 2012 2:02 p.m.

Yes they are. I use my playstation daily, and I adopted it relatively late. (On 2010) And while I can't really pinpoint their exact frequency, they are frequent enough to be annoying. Perhaps it's not once a month, but at least once every two months. And while I don't really think it's a HUGE flaw, it IS definitely annoying, specially when there's seldom anything to get excited about when the new update comes. Also, I had a 360 before I got my PS3, and i think that in all the 4 years I owned it, I had to update it only... twice? thrice? AT the very least it was 10 times far less than what the PS3 requires, thus why people who own both consoles are more prone to compare and get annoyed at the PS3.
  • BladedFalcon - February 24, 2012 1:13 p.m.

I completely approve of that Rayman: Origins spiel you guys made. Completely deserved! And this was pretty fun to read! I'm surprised though that you guys complained more about the memory card slot than the power button placement. In other reviews, I heard people complaining about how easy it can be to press it when holding games such as escape plan.
  • Cyberninja - February 24, 2012 1 p.m.

wait so the vita can make food randomly appear when playing rayman? where can i buy a copy with that ablitly?
  • Imgema - February 24, 2012 12:57 p.m.
