Follow the life of Ezio Auditore da Firenze in best Assassin’s Creed Revelations trailer yet

It’s been a long, winding road for Assassin’s Creed’s Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Once a playboy bedding ladies all over Italy, he was violently pushed into the family business of righteous/sneaky murder. After avenging the wrongful executions of his father and brothers, Ezio’s travels had only begun, as he battled a corrupt Pope’s children while meeting historical figures like Machiavelli and da Vinci. And then there’s that whole thing about the secret of the creation of humanity. All that leads Ezio to his most recent (last?) adventure on Constantinople, as the video explains.

After the brief preamble, we get a lengthy look at not just Ezio killing his way through the ancient metropolis, we see his personal mission expand too. We even get visions of predecessor Altier that takes place after his final battle in the first Assassin’s Creed. This trailer expertly reminded us that even with the other huge games coming out in the next few weeks, only a fool would ignore an assassin.

As long as they keep up the quality I don't mind the annual entries. I am really looking forward to this game. I have to disagree that this is the best trailer yet though as the reveal trailer is nothing short of being a piece of art.

Awesoem ad. Also you spelled Altair wrong

This looks good. Like some others, I wish the series didn't go annual. They're still good, but it's hard to keep interested when you see them so often and the improvements are so incremental. Also, while I rather enjoyed Brotherhood, the story was extremely boring and didn't push anything forward.

I've had to follow Ezio's life for 3 games in a row now. I just don't give a sh!t anymore. Either give me Assassin's Creed 3, or f#ck off.

OMG. This looks so good. I didn't expect to get this excited about it. I don't know if I'm going to be able to afford it though. :( And if I could put my nerd glasses on for a minute, I noticed Altair's name was misspelled (or a typo) in the bottom paragraph.

I love how his voice has stayed the same throughout at least 30 or 40 years of his life. Very much looking forward to this

his voice has changed a lot actually, throughout AC2 and Brotherhood

As much as I hate how these are going to be annual......I am really looking forward to this one.

What amazes me is that they're annual titles of quality. Most annual titles barely see an update. The AC titles are always so vastly different and play exceedingly well. It's hard to really hate on them when they're always fresh.
