Another great episode. I was legitimately cracking up. This is a great format because it lets you freely do bits without having to follow any kind of limiting pattern. I'd almost say it's becoming The Office, GR edition.... mixed with Robot Chicken. You know, cause short skits queued up with a screen.

BTW: What happened to Cundy? GRUK podcast was epic cos of him!
  • GR_TomMagrino - September 25, 2013 1:51 p.m.

Matt left the site several months ago. Last I heard, he's working on a project called Shoot the Barrel.
  • GOD - September 25, 2013 11:35 p.m.

Looks like Cundy and Irvine started up their own video game news site that focuses on DLC called DLCentral. They even have a podcast and random articles. Keep in mind I don't know anything else as I just discovered this from Tom's tip.

So your saying I can get a job by just loitering at a place. Well time to get my sleeping bag. Well I have been wondering something. Do you all have English degrees or something else and just became a journalist?
  • winner2 - September 24, 2013 6:26 p.m.

Wooh! Thanks for answering my question Greg, I'm really looking forward to titanfall as well. As for my question this time, I'm wondering if you could tell us about the angriest ya'll have ever seen Henry while playing a game?
  • LordZarlon - September 24, 2013 5:53 p.m.

How come Coop is the only one allowed to say the "F" word on the podcast. Lately Coop has been letting it fly but everyone else is using euphemisms. Even Henry! I mean if Henry ain't swearing something is wrong.

Hey GR, what does the colour yellow taste like?

Do you think that mid-tier developers are slowly dying off? And if so, do you think indie games can pick up the slack?
  • EAC73 - September 24, 2013 3:53 p.m.

What are your guys favorite Street Fighter characters, mine is either Dudley or Zangief.
  • GenderBender_9000 - September 24, 2013 8:46 a.m.

Whats your all time favorite gaming console?
  • antiAntag0nist - September 24, 2013 6:31 a.m.

Why was the rating scale changed from numbers to stars? Not sure if this question has been answered in the past But I thought I'd ask.
  • Cyberninja - September 24, 2013 5:02 a.m.

    Do you guys even lift?
  • JarkayColt - September 24, 2013 3:54 a.m.

Here's something I've always wondered: There's a whole spectrum of colours out there, so why orange? I think everybody's gotten used to the fact that GR uses a colour scheme with orange accents; would you say that's an important part of your image? Was it the result of a lengthy thought process, does it contain any underlying meaning, or was it was it just a case of "hey, nobody else uses orange, let's go with that"? To me, it would seem to support an unbiased viewpoint because using green, blue or red would draw connotations of Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo respectively. Still, what's wrong with yellow or purple, huh? HUH? (For the record; I like GamesRadar orange, lawls.) tl;dr question: What's with GamesRadar's orange visage?
  • J-Fid - September 24, 2013 4:18 a.m.

This website has been using orange since it was CheatPlanet way back when.
  • JarkayColt - September 24, 2013 4:35 a.m.

I did wonder about that. I've actually been visiting this site ever since it was Cheat Planet (probably the reason most people stayed here lawls) but I couldn't remember if it was actually orange or not back then. Even so, when the site became GamesRadar they had an opportunity to change that image, but didn't. Maybe they thought that changing it would increase the likelihood of scaring the then-current CP audience away, and it just stuck.

Cool, this episode just confirmed my theory as to why the average game review score is so high, because the reviewers only review the games they want to play and already have an interest in, not because they were bought off. Bwah ha ha ha ha! I had you fooled for a second there, we all know gamesradar's review scores are directly related to how much money is thrown at them by the publishers. But anyway, my question is what is the strangest message you have ever received from a member of the community here at gamesradar or at any other of your previous/side journalistic jobs?
