10 best drinking video games

Above: Which one of these is the real one?

4. Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action (360)

What it is:
A quiz game, based upon a stand-alone board game, in which you answer trivia based upon movies. Sometimes, you even get video clips to watch before the questions are asked.

Why it's perfect:
Because it's a phenomenal gateway game. Everyone sees movies, and the controllers are simple to understand. There is absolutely no chance that someone can declare this "too complicated" or claim not to know anything about the subject matter. And because the controller can be held in one hand, Aunt Mary can even play it while holding her martini.

Where does the booze go?
Well, duh. You have a chance to be right or wrong every 60 seconds. Make the losers take a slurp every time they miss an answer, and you'll be lucky to make it through a single game without someone falling asleep, getting naked, or both.

I was the founding Executive Editor/Editor in Chief here at GR, charged with making sure we published great stories every day without burning down the building or getting sued. Which isn't nearly as easy as you might imagine. I don't work for GR any longer, but I still come here - why wouldn't I? It's awesome. I'm a fairly average person who has nursed an above average love of video games since I first played Pong just over 30 years ago. I entered the games journalism world as a freelancer and have since been on staff at the magazines Next Generation and PSM before coming over to GamesRadar. Outside of gaming, I also love music (especially classic metal and hard rock), my lovely wife, my pet pig Bacon, Japanese monster movies, and my dented, now dearly departed '89 Ranger pickup truck. I pray sincerely. I cheer for the Bears, Bulls, and White Sox. And behind Tyler Nagata, I am probably the GR staffer least likely to get arrested... again.
