As Wii consoles continue to elude store shelves, developerscontinue tolineup around the little white brick for group hugs. We got our hands on a list todaythat indicatesa mass migration of software support that shows no signs of stopping during the first quarter of 2007.
From Disney to Ninja Turtles, third party support is present and accounted for. In the coming weeks we'll see stuff like SSX Blur and The Godfather: Blackhand Edition showing off the kind action that only the Wii remote can deliver.Of course, you'll see some straight ports like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07and Prince of Persia: Rival Swords, which better have a damn good control scheme, since it bears a striking resemblance to what's already available on GameCube. And hey - is that an exculsive Sonic game that actually looks good?
Following up the release of the SNES' Zelda: Link to the Past, havingmaintained years of popularity on a systempronounced dead, Mario Kart 64 brings up the rear of the Virtual Console's one-two punch next week. For those keeping count, that's nearly 50 games worth of downloadable content alone. Check out the list of other releases below.
