Bryan Singer has released another new image from X-Men: Days Of Future Past , giving us our first look of one of the film's action sequences.
The image shows a powerful leg thrusting into the neck of some hapless goon, and judging by its blue colouring, we'd surmise that Mystique is responsible.
Last we saw, the shape-shifting mutant had allied herself with Magneto's newly formed brotherhood, so we can deduce that she's up to no good in this sequence.
Could this be taking place within the White House, as glimpsed in a previous still released by Singer? We know it takes place in the earlier timeline, if only by looking at those horrendous '70s curtains…
Directed by Singer and co-starring Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, X-Men: Days Of Future Past will open in the UK on 22 May 2014.
