Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent
Haven't the bad guys learned not to make Sam Fisher angry?
The environmental tension ratchets up with what's being called the "headquarters" area, where Sam will spend several levels of the game. It is, in effect, the lion's den, where he quite literally has nowhere to hide and must truly play the part of a double agent.
Always a technical marvel, the new Splinter Cell should again wow players with its visuals, as Double Agent's lead development is taking place on the Xbox 360, with the current-generation versions being shoehorned into their respective platforms from there. Call it Splinter Cell's own "trickle down" economics. Of course, the innovative two-player cooperative mode and four-player spy-versus-mercenary mode will be returning (although Double Agent can accomodate six players), again making Splinter Cell one of the year's most anticipated titles.
