The first trailer for Peter Jackson's adaptation of The Lovely Bones has hit the internets and you can see it below.
Alice Sebold's best-seller follows the tragically short life and mysterious afterlife of Susie Salmon, a young girl who is murdered, but follows her family from beyond the grave.
While she's consumed with a mission to help track down her killer, she must also weigh the impact on her parents Jack (Mark Wahlberg) and Abigail (Rachel Weisz).
That brief synopsis really doesn't do the book justice, but hopefully Jackson's film will be able to.
Check out the trailer for yourself below and let us know your thoughts.
The movie itself will arrive in cinemas next January.
EDIT: Paramount have asked YouTube to remove it. They have, but it's been uploaded again here .
