We’ve heard about actors phoning in performances, but getting someone else to phone it in for you? It’s the bizarre truth behind the largely excellent Scarface. That may indeed be the shouty Al Pacino you know and love strutting his stuff on screen, but the voice belongs to experienced voice-over artist Andre Sogliuzzo. Hand-picked by Pacino himself, Sogliuzzo had to step in when developers realised that Al’s ageing pipes couldn’t quite convince as a younger Montana.
