Venomous Spider-fans may be excited to hear that Spidey's ultimate enemy, the Green Goblin, will be playable as well, though no word on exactly how the hulking, fire-tossing villain will change the game. Multiplayer minigames will be part of the package too, but for a system like the DS, they're more expected than a perk.
After playing Battle for New York, our spider senses were tingling something fierce. With a little extra work and development, the game could end up being a presentable portable experience. However, unless it gets a few tweaks before release, gamers may find themselves tangled in the game's web of technical wonkiness.
