Second clip from The Bourne Legacy: watch now
Motorbike escape ahoy!
The Bourne Legacy has released a second official clip online just 24 hours after the first one, showing that Aaron Cross isn't only handy with his fists, he can also ride a motorbike like a champ!
Two-wheeled chase scenes seem to be in vogue at the moment, with Skyfall also basing a show-stopping action sequence around a pair of motorcycles. However, It will have to go some to top this for sheer mayhem.
Sending pedestrians scattering left, right and centre, Cross appears to have backed himself into a corner, before pulling off the gnarliest grind you've ever seen on screen. Top marks for thinking outside the box!
Check out the new clip, below…
What we like most about this is Jeremy Renner's deadpan expression throughout this most hair-raising of chase scenes. Clearly, Rachel Weisz is going to have to do enough screaming for both of them.
Directed by Tony Gilroy with support coming from Ed Norton and familiar faces Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Albert Finney, The Bourne Legacy opens in the UK on 13 August 2012. Over to you, Bond.
