Masukippa is a pure Grass-type Pokemon found rarely, and only in the muddy Safari Zone. Like many single-stage Pokemon, Masukippa learn a single defining move, Power Whip. This powerful Grass-type move is as powerful as Solar Beam, but doesn't have the leading charge-up turn, instead sacrificing some accuracy for it. While a few other Pokemon can learn Power Whip, sadly none can pass it on to Pokemon of other species.
