Fede Alvarez’s forthcoming remake of Evil Dead has released a brand new poster, as well as a batch of new images, including one of those infamous possessed trees.
The new poster is basically a red version of the one we’ve already seen, repeating its bold tag-line claim to be “the most terrifying film you will ever experience”.
Meanwhile, the new images give us a few new glimpses of some of the horror involved, including an attack by those demonic trees, and a glimpse of that iconic chainsaw.
Co-starring Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez and Jessica Lucas, and with Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell on board in a production capacity, Evil Dead will open in the UK on 19 April 2013.
