Once you've unlocked all of the characters in Mario Kart 8, you're met with a gigantic wall of Nintendo nostalgia. From Mario to Wario to all seven Koopalings, the game features a huge number of racers. 30, in fact--which makes it the roster the largest in any of Nintendo's racers to date.

But who should you take on the road first? We've put together a roster showing you what each looks like in-game. Want to know who comes unlocked, and who doesn't? Want to decide now who you want to play as, based on their weight class? Well, why didn't you say so! We have all that info here.
