The Psychic Pulse attack is basically a scaled-down version of his previous attack, making it useful in less-than-lethal situations. It would also appear that Batman's just gonna stand there and get hit by both Manhunter's brain power and super gorilla's hairy fist. The Manhunter's back to his more familiar, humanoid form here, though he can assume practically any shape he can think of.
