Splatoon Raiders pre-orders have landed, and the discounts are already making a splash
Splatoon Raiders makes waves on July 23
Splatoon Raiders first hooked in fans when it was unveiled on the Nintendo Today app shortly after the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2. Yet the quiet aftermath meant we were then oceans apart from any more news on the single-player Splatoon experience. That was until Nintendo did what it's known to do and surprise dropped a new trailer and a July 23, 2026, release date in one fell swoop.
Splatoon Raiders pre-orders shortly followed, and remain available for $49.94 (Walmart) / £41.99 (Amazon) on the Nintendo Switch 2. In the US, this is the second Switch 2 game to release after the price change overhauls, so a digital copy will save you $10 off the full price in the long run. Yet, after scouring the depths of the internet, I've discovered that you can still add that treasured physical copy to your collection for as much as $10 / £8 off its full MSRP at US and UK retailers, if you know where to look.
Unlike exploring the mysterious Spirhalite Islands, you won't need a map to track down these Splatoon Raiders pre-orders. I've explored every drop of the internet to find you the best deals at every US and UK retailer and gathered them down below so you can add another Switch 2 treasure to your collection. Just be warned that Splatoon Raider pre-order bonuses have yet to surface. However, there are Splatoon Raider amiibo that launch the same day as the game if you want some figures of your Deep Cut trio friends that will be following you on your upcoming Raiders adventure.
Splatoon Raiders US Pre-orders
Splatoon Raiders | $49.94 at Walmart
Walmart wasn't one of the first places to drop its Splatoon Raiders pre-orders, but it is the cheapest you'll find it. The physical version of the game is available for $49.94 once you add it to your online shopping basket, saving you $10 off its full price.
Splatoon Raiders | $59.99 at Amazon
Amazon can take weeks to drop new Nintendo Switch 2 games, yet it was quick on the mark to share its Splatoon Raider pre-order. You can grab the game for its full $59.99 price, which isn't the best deal out there. However, if you have a Prime membership you can at least make use of fast shipping and the retailer's pre-order price guarantee.
Splatoon Raiders | $59.99 at Best Buy
Best Buy also has its Splatoon Raiders pre-order listed for its full $59.99 MSRP, so there's no savings to be found here. However, the retailer is one of your best bets to ensure it'll arrive on (or shortly after) release day. Plus, while you're there, you could pre-order the game's new amiibo too.
Splatoon Raiders | $59.99 at Nintendo
Nintendo was naturally the first to drop its Splatoon Raiders pre-orders. There you can pick the game up physically for its full $59.99 MSRP or save $10 by grabbing it digitally instead, but you'll miss out on receiving that shiny Mario-printed box in the mail.
Splatoon Raiders UK Pre-orders
Splatoon Raiders | £41.99 at Amazon
Amazon typically takes a while to drop its Nintendo Switch 2 game pre-orders, but it was quick on the money to drop Splatoon Raiders - and that's not even the best part. What's better is that it's up there and for only £41.99, which is £8 cheaper than its full MSRP, and Prime members can take advantage of speedy shipping to boot.
Splatoon Raiders | £41.99 at Very
If you don't want to hand over your hard-earned cash to Amazon, you can grab your Splatoon Raiders pre-order for the same £41.99 price at Very instead. Not only is it one of the cheapest options out there in the UK, but Very states it should arrive on release day.
Splatoon Raiders £42.95 at TheGameCollection
TheGameCollection is usually dependable for having the cheapest options for brand new releases, and it's listed its Splatoon Raiders pre-orders for just £42.95 today. It's not the cheapest option available, but it's still a better deal than plenty of other UK retailers. Plus, you get free First Class shipping on all orders.
Splatoon Raiders | £49.99 at Nintendo
If you prefer to get your Nintendo games straight from the source, you can grab your Splatoon Raiders pre-order from Nintendo UK. You'll have to be happy with its full £49.99 price, but while you're there, you have the opportunity to also snatch up the set of three new Deep Cut Splatoon Raiders amiibo figures.
Splatoon Raiders | Check stock at Argos
The iconic UK retailer Argos is normally pretty reliable for dropping its new Nintendo Switch 2 games way ahead of release, but the Splatoon Raiders pre-orders are nowhere to be found quite yet. If and when the game drops, I'll be sure to let you know.

Weekly digests, tales from the communities you love, and more

Ever since I first held a NES controller in my hand I've been obsessed with gaming, and the hardware it runs on. I could hook up a NES and SNES to a telly, without instructions, before I could walk. Even now, nothing is more exciting then taking a console, or handheld, out the box for the first time and setting it up. This obsession transformed into a love of games and game music, which lead to my music degree and dream of becoming the Scottish Nobuo Uematsu. After sharing my love of games through music, I began to share my love through words on sites like TechRadar and iMore. This lead to becoming a Hardware staff writer for PCGamesN, and later the Senior Tech Writer for Dexerto, covering all things Steam Deck, PlayStation and Nintendo. With that experience, I was able to level up as Hardware Editor for GamesRadar+, where I'm still just as Nintendo, PlayStation and gaming tech obsessed as ever.
