Thor was conspicuously absent during Captain America: Civil War, but a delightful mockumentary recently posted on YouTube has revealed why. So, what was the god of thunder up to? Surely he was off saving a realm in need, fighting giant monsters, or taking love interest Jane Foster off on a romantic getaway, right?
Nope. He was in Australia, living with Darryl.
Now, obviously this is a joke, so don't go rushing off to the MCU forums about what this means for Thor: Ragnarok. Or do! Marvel does love throwing in little Easter eggs and teasers in everything it makes. Personally, I'm just happy laughing at the idea that Thor has a little bed for his hammer, Mjolnir.
Out of all the Avengers, Mr. Odinson seems like the biggest goofball/sweetheart who's just out to do the right thing, and this video only reinforces that. Hopefully we'll see more of this Asgardian's humorous side when Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters in November 2017.
