The BAFTA list has landed on our desk and we couldn't be happier. Glance down and join us - we bet at least one of your favourites is in there.

In that respect, it's slightly predictable. Let's just say if you'd forseen the fact that Atonement (14 nods), No Country For Old Men (9 nods) and There Will Be Blood (9 nods) were going to lead the pack, you wouldn't have been chased out of town for witchcraft.

Still, there are surprises - Shrek The Third for best animated film? It won't win, of course, Ratatouille will, but still...really?

But enough waffling from us - have a look and tell us your favourites. We're particularly pleased that This Is England and Control are in the running for Best British Film. Who do you think should win it?
