Revelatory archive footage found in a Swedish basement distinguishes Göran Olsson’s documentary, which, like most mix-tapes, offers crackling content even when its contexts aren’t clear. Trailing the Black Power movement's emergence from civil rights struggles onwards, Olsson unspools 16mm film shot by Swedish TV reporters of activists including Stokely Carmichael and Angela Davis.
