New French poster for Spring Breakers

James Franco lives large

James Franco sports a pistol, shades, cornrows and an equally aggressive Hawaiian shirt on the new French poster for Harmony Korine’s Spring Breakers .

And despite his unusual get-up, Franco isn’t even the most eye-catching figure on the poster, given that he’s flanked by the film’s four bikini-clad leads: Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine.

Spring Breakers follows those four college girls as they head off to seek the ultimate ‘spring break’ adventure. A chance run-in with rapper Alien (James Franco) proves to be the catalyst for craziness.

While the film is yet to secure firm US or UK release dates, it is expected to open at some point in 2013.
