Insomniac resisting NGP, sticking with consoles for now

Much of that focus is currently on Insomniac's next two major releases, Resistance 3 and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One; both of which received top billing at the developer's community event. The studio also used the day to announce Resistance 3 will feature PlayStation Move and 3D support when it lands in North America on September 6th.

Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One is expected to release this Fall.

Word that Insomniac isn't getting its hands dirty with the NGP isn't all that distressing considering the studio still plans to support Sony's new machine in some form, and the Resistance series is already coming to the system by way of Nihilistic Software. Moreover, when and if the NGP takes off, we're sure the Insomniac team will be tempted to release a Ratchet & Clank: Size Matter follow-up, even if it means shifting their focus to make it themselves.
