Dead Island launch trailer is alive

It's not hard to name the clip most people will remember as the standout trailer of the year. Dead Island's debut trailer was emotional, artful, and awesome. With the game’s September 6 launch date fast approaching, Techland isn’t shy about the pre-release hype the zombie title has enjoyed.

While the launch trailer won’t be taking home any Cannes film festival awards, like the reveal teaser did, today’s video shows off more of what actual matters with more gameplay and footage of the zombie infested island resort off the coast of Papua New Guinea.
