Okay, so Broadway might not care that much for Julia Roberts but the kids are gonna love her. JR has not one but two upcoming kid flicks on the horizon and she didn’t have to put even a touch of make-up on for either.
First up is Warner Bros animated film The Ant Bully – about a kid called Lucas who floods an ant colony and pays the price when the little buggers shrink him down to their size.
JR plays a thoughtful female from the colony and gabbles alongside Nicolas Cage, Bruce Campbell, Meryl Streep and the superb Paul Giamatti as the heartless exterminator. The Ant Bully marches into cinemas on 4 August 2006.

She has also leant her vocal talents to the live action update of Charlotte’s Web – the tale of Wilbur the pig and his fight to dodge the dinner plate. Wilbur ends up housed in a barn packed with other animals including Charlotte, a wise spider (voiced by Roberts) who helps him hatch a plan for survival.
Another cast packed with Tinseltown's finest, including Dakota Fanning, Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Oprah Winfrey, Robert Redford and Thomas Haden Church.
Charlotte’s Web spins into cinemas on 9 February 2007.
