A list of what may - or may not - be the full Achievements for the Xbox 360 version of Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV has appeared on the 'net.

The list shows Achievements for both single-player and multiplayer game modes. (At time of press, the site hosting the list was experiencing technical difficulties.) We particularly like Assassin's Greed, which earns you points if you complete all nine assassination missions in the sequel.

GTA IV's out April 29. Last week saw Rockstar release the final trailer for the game, and unveil the Rockstar Social Club, a web-based stat-tracking thingie.
