Xbox One launch line-up confirmed

Microsoft has released an updated list of 23 Xbox One launch games, which you can view below. The line-up was announced today during the company’s pre-Gamescom showcase, where it was also confirmed that every Xbox One pre-ordered in Europe will come bundled with a free copy of FIFA 14, and Fable Legends was revealed for Xbox One.

Microsoft said last week that Xbox One will launch in only 13 of its 21 previously announced markets this November. The eight delayed regions - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and Switzerland - will host their own Xbox One launches as soon as possible in 2014.

Okay, how many of those are exclusives? I've lost track.

I'm interested in Forza 5. Forza 3 and 4 consumed a lot of hours and (in my humble opinion) are by far and away the best driving sims available. I just worry about the console itself, but then again Im not convinced by any of them as yet. The PS4 seems to be gathering the most momentum, although I can't really see why? As far as I can see it is virtually indistinguishable from the Xbone. The WiiU is the one I want to see succeed, but it needs more games - a lot more games. As for Xbone... I love my 360, but MS are doing little to convince me to stay loyal so far, flip flopping on this and that and failing to send a clear message as to what gamers should expect.

Everything I want to play on this list will have a better and probably cheaper PC version. I'll be getting a PS4 in a few years, after they put out some good exclusives, a price drop, and a bundle. Same with the Wii U. Once again, the Xbox will be the only console I don't own this gen.

Wow.... Microsoft's press events was depressingly weak. Considering all the shit they have been getting lately, you'd think they would use this chance to leap back and strike back... Instead we get a "Fable" game that is multiplayer only, same with a Mojang Title that is also multiplayer only. A Bundle that doesn't even have a price tag on it yet, and oh right, a Kinect game made by ubisoft.... So it's either gonna be mediocre like ZombiU at best, or atrocious like Red Steel at worst. And they didn't even announce a proper release date... I'm not sure if Micrososft is either scared, or if they no longer give a fuck... Either way, they set the bar pretty low for the remaining of the gamescom conferences. Oh, and for this list? seriously, the only thing here that's truly exclusive and I'm mildly interested in is Dead Rising 3. And being a Capcom game... I'm pretty sure It'll come out for the PS4 sooner than later.
