XBL billing now available to Military State addresses

Anyway, until recently, Microsoft didn't allow XBL billing addresses to be located within Military States – that is, non-US territories where soldiers of the US armed forcesare stationed. This has now been rectified to allow US soldiers within the US, Europe and the Pacific to open or activate an XBL account – because hey, if any groupshould be entitled to relieve their stress in a non-life-threatening combat simulation, it's people whose day job involves extremely life-threatening combat situations. Besides which, as Nelson mentions, the XBL community provides a way of keeping in touch with the folks back home – even if it's just to show them how badly thatcan kick their assesis Modern Warfare 2.
