    When I heard y'all play a clip of knack on the podcast and I heard knack talk, I was in disbelief. Like, how the hell do you make SUCH a shitty call in the design of a game. I was expecting knack to be a kiddy, lighthearted guy who's all smiles, and it could not have been further from acceptable. Tom's pessimism turned out to be prophetic.

    Red steel? It was supposed to usher in a new era of fps controls that far eclipsed even want the pc could muster. It ended up being red steel.

    Probably because Wii Sports otherwise took the spot for the launch games. Funny really, the only shooter that actually did good in terms of motion was supposedly Metroid Prime 3 and the trilogy and yet the controls were never imitated since then, everything was shit. Except maybe No More Heroes 2 and Red steel 2 but they weren't near as great.

    You know, I am definitely in the minority on this, but I thought Red Steel was alright.

    I liked red steel, given that the controls were really off, but my friends and I and fun with it.

    It was okay. 4 player was pretty fun but man it was hard to not ignore that the graphics looked almost worse than Gamecube's.
