point n click are one of my favourite genres and think that they are undervalued and under appreciated. a really good new one is hector for the iphone/ipad it has good quality voice acting and is funny as hell, highly recommend it to all point n click fans!!!

@stephenrobinson Hello. Thanks for the formative feedback. This episode, and the 97 before it, are built around games chatter and taking the p*ss out of each other for the listener's pleasure. Both things you mention were improvised so as to raise a smile while listening to our inane babble, and were not meant to be taken literally. I see in your case, we failed, and for that we apologise. thank you for reading my email about point and click games. crofto if you haven't checked out broken sword on the wii or iphone i highly recommend it. i wont spoil whats different about it but check it out.

Nice to see someone texting in about point & click adventure games; I enjoy them a lot too, and also consider the first Broken Sword to be in my top ten games ever! I think you can get updated versions of both Broken Sword 1 and 2 on Apple devices so it's not entirely necessary to have to play them on PC any more. Check 'em out!

@MrBlond Meiks decided to head back to the Highlands to pursue a career in the freelance game. Essentially, it's what he was doing here at GR Towers except now he doesn't have to wear trousers to work.

rxb - Is that the one where they say he died haha? If so then I am asking in all seriousness. Listened through the whole back catalogue and didn't hear any reason why he left which as I say was a shame as I thought he was one of the best writers they had.

Mr Blond google talk radar uk 76 Im here to praise Cundy on an appreciation section well done. I thought ape escape was amazing. 3D environment, dual shock pad and comedy. Only regret is I only rented it and never finished it. The radio control car gadget felt revolutionary at the time. The comedy captions always made me laugh. One thing though if they were apes then ' because of the monkeys' makes no sense.[ apes= no tails monkeys= tails]

Alright lads, newish user here - been listening to the backlog of the show over the last four months (up to Episode 90 at the minute) and wanted to say that it's a top notch podcast. There's a great diversity among your gaming tastes and I can relate to parts from each of you (Justin's SEGA love, Nath and Meiksy's passion for playing games on the hardest difficulty, etc). Keep up the good work, it really is appreciated as having listened to a vast number of other gaming podcasts it only highlights how well you guys are doing (they are pretty shite in fairness, barring the US Talkradar). PS. What happened to Dave M? Looked a little on the forum but couldn't spot any information on his leaving. Shame as he was a really decent writer and voice on games. Oh and Cundy is indeed, a legend!

@garnsr Thanks for the tip-off. I've uploaded all my saves to the PSN+ cloud area to prevent potential heartache. It's one of the 40Gb fat boys. If it's started sounding like a jet engine about to take off, am I about to be faced with the yellow light of doom too?

Nathan, have you made a backup of your PS3? Do you have a slim, or an old fat system? It's easy to switch the HDD for a bigger one, in the same system, but you can't use your current HDD with its info on a new system, you have to send the broken system to Sony to get it fixed if you want to keep everything as it is. Transferring backed up data to a new system will keep most saves, but music games don't seem to work. I wish I'd known all this before I bought a slim to replace my original 80 gig system, all I ever heard was that it was easy to replace the HDD. I hope you don't get the yellow light, but be prepared in case you do, the loss of old game data can be heart-breaking
