    Claptrap from Borderlands. He never, ever shuts up. I have despised him from the time he said, "Hello, I am CL4-TP!" in that annoying stupid Spongebob voice. If he isn't blabbering on about something, he's doing some stupid jive dance or another. I loved when he got shot in the beginning, but then you had to repair him.
