New Splatterhouse trailer overflows with the red stuff

Remember when Jim Carrey played a zany guy in The Mask? That was funny. In Splatterhouse, the main character Rick also puts on a mask, but instead of cracking jokes he chainsaws the heads off blood-dripping monsters on the way to save his lady, Jennifer. I guess it's sort of like The Darkness meets The Mask, minus the over-the-top Carrey humor and plus an awesome bloodbath of violence. Hopefully he gets the girl at the end, unlike The Darkness (oops, spoiler).

    Some points look like 2D platformers, this will be like Prototype it think. The story sucks but it's fun to rip people up for a time.

    Yep, we know about the video player and we're working on a fix! Wish it were sooner than later, but it's a known issue. How do you think I feel? I have to use it (or try to use it) 3973984739248783 times a day! :)

    Gameplay looks kinda dull, but it will probally make up for it with gore, and a good graphical style. And agreeing with CH3BURASHKA, you have the worst player on the internet.

    It's Lizzie Motherfuckin' Cuevas! Perhaps I haven't paid attention too well, but hasn't it been weeks since a Cuevas post? Either way, welcome back... even if you never left. Get on the podcast again; they can really use your help. As for the trailer, I thought it was incredibly funny that they're trying to put together a real, 'believable' story. I have a feeling that the mask is somehow made out of his wife...

    looks awesome, the camera looked a little weird for the platforming bits though. Also do not want any portions where you play as the guy without the mask. Hope it doesnt get bogged down in storyline.
