New Black Ops II trailer isn’t actually in 3D, but if it was it’d be really, really 3D

In some kind of cross-promotional partnership deal, electronics company LG has snagged itself an exclusive Call of Duty: Black Ops II trailer which also promotes its own range of 3D-enabled watching devices. Obviously the trailer isn’t in 3D, but clearly some of the most 3D bits from Black Ops II have been carefully selected to give viewers the optimum not-in-3D-but-still-quite-3D viewing experience possible. And some of the footage is new. So that’s good.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II is coming to PC, 360 and PS3 on 13 November. The Wii U version arrives 18/30 November in the US /UK respectively.

Can't wait! No second chance! I love these games, mostly the guns. I just got a M4 like in the game and they have a bunch of other guns from different games.

For such an old engine, it's looking pretty good.

Yeah, I think they've updated it a little from what a representative said.

    Could be the DX11 shinies.

Mhmm, could be. They do always tend to use the PC version for trailers. ;D

Still, its going to need a whole new engine soon. There is only so much they can do with this one before it just ends up looking old.

I was thinking that too, that CoD finally looks like it's getting up to par with the rest of this generation.
