[Updated Photos Below] There's always something special about fan conventions because it's a celebration of what gets people really excited. MineCon 2011 is no different. Held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, we braved the desert heat (actually the whole thing is indoors, but it IS warm) to bring you the sights on the show floor. Enjoy!

    8-Bit Tie. Think Geek. They come in Blue and Red. They're clip-ons sadly but they're awesome.

    Such an awesome game. It's nowhere near "release" quality yet though. There's tons of important things they're going to add, like NPC villagers being somewhat intelligent, as well as half-assed features like maps that need to be touched up. Still love it though :D
