Beat Thardus (a.k.a.: The Rock) Easier
In the room where you fight Thardus, there are crevices in the rock embedded in certain walls. The crevices can be used to squeeze into so that instead of trying to outrun Thardus when he rolls into a ball, roll into Morph ball and hide in these crevices. Note that only some are deep enough for Samus's Morph ball to fit into. Now the ledges serve the same purpose, but another one as well. Jump onto these ledges, and Thardus can't freeze you because Thardus can only freeze things that are on the ground. Also note that only some of these ledges are high enough for to do this.
Use Thermal visor to detect and target Thardus's weak points. A Super Missile on each one from the get-go and that should do the trick. Also, Don't use them just whenever because they take so many missiles just to do one. When Thardus pulls rock up from the ground, he moves his arms all the way down, then up. Your best bet is to fire a Super Missile right then every time.

How to get the Ice spreader
Once you get the morph ball power bomb in Phazon Mines, go to a tunnel in Magmoor Caverns that has a scanable floor. Once there plant a morph ball power bomb where you scanned the floor. The sides of the tunnel will collapse, then go under the tunnel without falling in the lava. Ther you will see the upgrade.

How to Beat Chozo Ghosts
Only the Power Beam and the Super Missiles affect them. I'd suggest using the Super Missile because it is powerful against them.

How to Beat Omega Pirate
To beat him REALLY easily is simple. First make sure you have full missiles and a decent sized missile stock (about 100) and full health (I had all but 2 spare energy tanks). Once you get into the room with the omega pirate (elite quarters), scan him while he is still in his tank. When he breaks free lock onto one of the plates on his knees or shoulders and shoot at it with the plasma beam. Keep doing this with each of the plates until they are all gone. He will fall over and call for help, then vanish. You can't see him with any visor. Quickly dispatch the troopers that come down from the ceiling, then switch to your X-ray visor. You still can't see the pirate but you can see the pure phazon runing through his blood. Lock on and hit him with a super missile (power beam missile combo). This does MASSIVE damage to him. Keep doing this until he dies.

After the Ice Beam
After you get the ice beam, your map will say to go to Tallon Overworld and go into the water caves. Don't go there yet - you'll get there and go far but get stuck. You need the gravity suit. So once you get the ice beam, go to the place where you got the thermal viser, and use the ice beam to get through the white door. Go through the caves to the end and get the gravity suit. Then go to the underwater area.

Get the Ice Beam
First, go to the reflecting pool in Chozo Ruins. Then, use the morph ball bomb under the water to drain the water. Use the boost ball in the half pipe to get to the higher level. Finally, go through the door - not the one in front of you, the one diagonal from the walk - into the power up, and the ice beam is yours!
Note: if you get sucked up in one of the stone toads, use a bomb to blow it up.

Get the boost ball
To get the boost ball you have to go to Phendrana Drifts. Go to the canyon place. Jump down and defeat the baby sheegoth. Walk up the slope and scan the pole. The pads will float into a path. Jump across them, but be careful - they fall if you're on them too long. When you reach the other side claim the boost ball.

Suit Abilities and Locations
When you enter the room where you first get you wave beam, you will be attacked by 4 small ice turtles. Defeat them and a huge ice turtle will appear. immediately turn into the morph ball mode and lay bombs all around the creatures feet.

Beat Rock Creature
To finish Metroid Prime more quickly all you have to do is to start looking for the Chozo Artifacts sooner. (only do this if you have finish the game before) Start getting Chozo artifacts as soon as you get the abilities that let you reach the artifacts, and if you have all that you can find then go to the Chozo temple and start scanning all of the stones.

Suit Abilities and Locations
VARIA SUIT: You can now enter magmoor caverns without being burned to death.
LOCATION: You are awarded this suit after defeating Flaahgra.
GRAVITY SUIT: You can now jump regularly under water.
LOCATION: under water in the gravity chamber in a little indentation in the under water wall.
PHAZON SUIT: You are now immune to certain types of Phazon. This also comes equipped with the Phazon Beam which can only be used during the battle against "METROID PRIME."
LOCATION: You are awarded this after defeating the Omega Pirate

Another Artifact
To get this artifact, you need a super combo for the power beam. Go to Magmoor Caverns and go to the lava lake. You can see the artifact with x-ray visors. The pillar (column) in the center is breakable. Use the missle combo and blow it up. Once you break it, you can retrieve the artifact inside.

Beat the Shadow Drone
If you shoot beams at him when he isn't targeting you they will bounce off of him. Instead, when he comes to shoot at you, use a super missile and he will explode. After you defeat him, roll into a hole in morph ball mode and get through the maze to claim the power bombs. There is a save station through the Ice beam door.
Note: You can't scan the Shadow Drone. I just gave it the name that's on the internet.

Easily Found Artifact
Go to the room with the Pulse beam in the Phazon Mines and drop a power bomb next to the Elite Pirate in the Tank. Defeat him and claim the artifact on the floor where you fought the regular pirates.

If you get to the boss flaangra you can defiet him by change the panels to upper side then he gets no light, then you must go to morph ball and go to a portal then you must lay a morph ball bomb then he is hit do that a lot of times until you defeat him than you a change of a suit.

Beat Metroid Prime (boss)
To defeat the bass watch the strips this will determine witch beam to use for ex: red plasma ( flame thrower is useless to use) when he fires missals use the dash method (lock on enemy and tap b a few times) when u defeat stage he will fall sideways then stage 2 will begin stage 2 when he sends a grown quake jump over it he is only receive damage from the phazon beam he will make pools of phazon metroids might com out of the pools when he makes the pools he will disapear detuming witch visor is on when u beat hem (shoot him with phazon beam 4 times) the ending comes on (deterring what% u have.

When you get the plasma beam go to phendrana drifts. There is 2 pillars behind it there is a missile expansion but its behind a ice wall. Break the ice wall and u will get a missile expansion

Getting Chozo Artifacts Quicker

How To Defeat Sheagoth
First, go into the temple in Phandrana Drifts. go in and go to the top. Destroy the Chozo head( the one on the top right corner), with a missile. Go morph ball and plant a bomb in the hole. then the door will open. Go in and defeat the baby Sheagoths. after that, the big one will appear. Instead of shooting at him, go up close so he uses his ice breath. When he uses it, go back a little so it misses. then go up again and fire a missile. Do this repeatedly until he dies. (It took me about 13 times, so be sure you have a lot of missiles!) Then you get the Wave Beam.
