This brand new screen from Gears of War, Xbox 360's biggest game of the year, gives you an up close look at the Locust alien warriors you'll be trading white-hot lead with when the stunning shooter bursts into shops on November 12. And if you think this ugly bleeder is burly, click the Images tab for another new image of the heroes leading the battle against the beasties - Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago.



With its heavy emphasis on firepower, non-stop action and hordes of tooth-faced enemies, Gears of War is arguably the most exciting game of 2006, and we're chomping at the bit to get back on the frontlines of this gorgeously grimy blaster. Expect to see lots more of Gears of War as we home in on its November release date.
