Liverpool vs. Chelsea: FIFA 11 and PES 2011 predict the result

Shares

When Liverpool meet Chelsea, it’s usually a pretty tasty fixture. Well, apart from what seemed like the fourteen dozen dreary drawers played back in the Benitez vs. Mourinho days. This season’s clash at Anfield sees the embattled Merseyside outfit looking to kick start their faltering season with a big win. While the King’s Road boys will be looking to maintain their seemingly relentless push to retain their Premier League crown. So in preparation for the megaton footie clash, we’ve let the A.I. predict the outcome in videos from this year's FIFA and PES. Who’s your money on?

First up, FIFA 11...

Now lets see how the match turns out on PES 2011...

Well, if FIFA is to be believed it looks like being one hell of a good weekend for Liverpool. Although, if both games are right and Chelsea fail to win, it could title-chasers Arsenal and Man United that end up the biggest winners.

Next time you should just show the goals, these videos were too long for me

Where is Martin Tyler in the FIFA commentary? Surely it's not just PC that has two announcers.

If your trying to predict a score against two teams, shouldn't you at least use the same if not just similar players that would be used in real life? The liverpool team in the PES doesn't make any sense. You have alot of people who would be no where near starting and many of the players are just completely out of position, Like Cavilieri, who is a goal keeper, but is playing as a midfielder in your version

    I disagree

It's true, lukekear! Just ask any of my close relatives, they all watched the game with me! (The real match, not the PS1-simulated one) To this day they wished they put a bet on it. I would've done, but I was only about 12 at the time...

Heh, I did this once, back in 2001... England vs. Germany, the game (which I can't remember the name of right now) predicted a 5-1 win for England, with Owen scoring a hat-trick, and that's exactly what happened in real life... No one ever believes me when I tell this story, though
