LON has amazing art and the lore is a nice addition to the Everquest universe. I admit that I have lifted a character name and backstory a time or two when rolling an alt.

I started playing EverQuest back when it first came out in 99 (actually beta'ed in late 98). I have been playing EverQuest since that time, I beta tested EverQuest 2 and have been playing it non-stop since release as well. When Legends of Norrath came out, I was running my own website featuring online card games (cardgamingonline.com). Sadly my website is no longer around as most of my games listed were about SOE's online card games. The only one to be around to this day is Legends of Norrath. I feel the reason this game is still around is because of the EverQuest and EverQuest 2 fans. They love the artwork, the game play and I believe most importantly the in game items for EverQuest and EverQuest 2. This book that is being given away is a remarkable item. To show not only the 5 year history of Legends of Norrath but it also shows the history of EverQuest and EverQuest 2 with the pictures being characters (mobs) from the games. I believe whoever is the lucky winners of the 3 books will enjoy them very much and will be a end table piece to be talked about for years to come.

I have been one of the biggest fan of EQ in this friggin world, I'm pretty sure of it. I have played nearly 9 years, over three acounts (and that was only the one I owned, not talking about other accounts like ex's or something). I've always been loyal to this game, even when EQ2 came out, I came back to the original EQ. So many nights of fury have I spent playing this game, all the coffee I drank not to leave my group and all the efforts I've put in trying to end some older quests or epic quests. Please SoE, grant me this prize!

I have only just recently started learning how to play LoN (started about 6 weeks ago). Been playing Magic: The Gathering as long as I can remember, and this is a nice change. Been a fan of EQ Vanilla & 2 since they both launched, respectively. I can't wait for EQ Next
