Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - see the first 30 minutes

Shares

You've already pumped 400 hours into Skyrim. You're nearing level 50 on your second The Old Republic character. You don't care about Final Fantasy XIII enough to pick up XIII-2. We know how you're feeling, but don't worry - RPG fans have something to look forward to besides the big-name sequels to massive franchises. Next month Kingdom's of Amalur, a new property from Big Huge Games, will be hitting the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, giving you a new world to immerse yourself in.

The folks over at OXM recently had a chance to play through the first 30 minutes of the game, and recorded it for your viewing pleasure. Want to see how the graphics look? Want to check out the combat? Dying to find out why the main character is called "The Fateless One?" Look no further, friends, your answer is just a click (and maybe an advertisement) away.

This game is EXACTLY what Fable III should have been. Brilliant combat, amazing art style, awesome world and environments, and generally a bloody good game!

I am loving everything: art style, combat, the loot, the customization, it all looks great. Thinking this will be a nice weekend purchase

I wasn't very interested until I watched that. Now I think I'll pick it up.

This game is shaping up nice, just as I predicted. Maybe it will help me replace the horror that was Fable 3.
