You know that game you play with the fortune cookies when you’re out for Chinese and need a sexual tension breaker? The one where you append “…in bed!” to the end of everyone’s fortune? That’s more or less how this video got started. I was playing through MK vs DCU for our “Story Revealed” feature and was having trouble focusing on the plot for some reason. So I took Homer Simpson’s sage advice and started making crap up that was funnier and/or more interesting than what I was watching. I started playing this little game where every time someone said the word “fight” I mentally swapped in the f-bomb. This proved to be so hilarious that I began imagining the whole story as a giant salacious innuendo and laughed myself silly whenever someone suggested in dire tones that “the merging was happening faster” or “the universes were grinding together.” This begged the question: did they simply rehash a bad porno script to get the story for MK vs DCU? Since we already had the footage on hand, it was a no-brainer to chop it together and selectively bleep a few words here and there to see what madness/genius might result. This kind of fearless and irresponsible cultural exploration is why GamesRadar can proudly proclaim itself “The Official Website of the Internet.” So sit back, relax, and enjoy our modest re-edit of MK vs DCU!
