Last week, we introduced you to the weird and wild and wonderful (and, okay, slightly nauseating) world of Master Chief fatalities. The guy just can't seem to die a graceful death. Every time we froze his final moment using Halo 3's Saved Films, we discovered yet another ludicrous and laughable scene.

In fact, we ended up finding so many that one feature couldn't hold them all. So, by popular demand, we've brought back Faces of Death for one more round... 12 more broken bodies. Then, next week, we'll gather your best reader submissions and announce a winner.
