Wow, the time between podcasts really flew by, huh? This fortnightly frequency is a doddle and in theory it means that we can shave all the unnecessary flab from the show so that we're a slim meaty fillet of interesting chatter. In reality the output is still packed with sinewy ramblings, random animal sounds and poorly executed impressions.

Just to let everyone know that the winner for the comp is JDash10. He said that the game he'd like to see made into a movie was 'The Elder Scrolls, starring Nicolas Cage as everybody.' That made us laugh, so he wins. Well done JDash10. You've earned yourself a copy of Infamous 2. Thanks everyone for taking part and supporting the GRUK podcast. In 1991, Street Fighter II was released in arcades. In 1994, a film adaptation of Street Fighter II was released. In 1995, a videogame adaptation of the film adaptation of Street Fighter II was released. Now, the time is ripe for the release of a film adaptation of the videogame adaptation of the film adaptation of the videogame, Street Fighter II. For my contest submission, that is the game I would like to see adapted as a film. The resulting AAA-list blockbuster film would be released as "Street Fighter: The Movie: The Videogame: The Movie." It would gross millions.

Would love to see Onimusha in movie form. Samurai versus demons, what's not to like about that idea? No badly dubbed Jean Reno though. In fact it's about time the game series itself was resurrected or at least given an HD remake.

I think Killer 7 would make the perfect film. It has unique characters, interesting and dark story and original style.

Comp. Legacy of Kain, almost any of the games would easily adapt into a great movie. Will make a massive change from the current sparkly vampires in the cinema, in fact forget the movie make another game!!

Skyrim. An 3 hour epic in the style of Game of Thrones with beautiful vistas and amazing CGI dragon dog fights...Or a movie about a Cat mage vampire who puts buckets on peoples heads and steals all their cheese wheels. YOU DECIDE! I'm glad you guys are back. I want more cat noises epsiode 2 didnt have enough!

Loving the p.cast. The monkey playing a game section made me look a right idiot on the bus as I burst out laughing. I want to see a 2 hour movie about the Pong paddles. I think it would a true life piece exploring the competitive nature of the paddles and the off screen drama and abuse P.2 suffered at the hands of an alcoholic P.1. The story goes on to explore the success found later by P.2 after a dramatic image change led to the starring roll in Arkanoid. P.1 was later found dead hanging in a hotel room.

I think that the Sly games would make a really good movie as the cutscenes and stories in the game are already so good that making a movie in that style would be good. The only problem is does the structure of the game fit in with a movie? Setting up an operation, carrying it out, boss, then repeat. The movie could be animated or cgi. Also if the story was written by Sucker Punch and voice acted by the actors from the game it would be great. Also it would have to be a new and original story

Seeing as pretty much all movies based on games are awful I thought it would be a great idea to make the Sly Cooper series into an animated movie like Kung Fu Panda, because if you think about it there would be no dispute about who will play the characters resulting in a completely awful cast, and you could keep the voice actors making it more legit. Plus Kung Fu Panda is awesome and who wouldn't want a quality heist movie involving a ninja raccoon and a disabled turtle? Just sayin :P

Also: wish I had someone to co-op Saints Row 3 with. Sigh.

competition: assains creed got to be ! but all be it not made by disney, the prince of persia movie was awful ! needs to be guts glory, titties !!!! and some thick shackes hidden somewhere !

Prince of Persia 2008 is not good. Verified! As for turning a game into a movie, let's go with a movie version of Earth Defense Force. Huge aliens, bugs, and robots, and a nice bland cast to blow them up.

Tetris Search For the L Block, it's a high octane pack guns blazing sexy blocked up action movie where the I block is looking for the Long Lost Living L block to make the evil organisation of The 4 Lined N blocks disappear by inserting the L block into their mainframe. The cube block is the sexy female spy who works for the N blocks but is seduced by the straight up good looks of the I block and ends up helping him to track down the L block. Once they track down the L block it turns out he is just a myth but the I block finds out that he had the power to become an L block and make The 4 Lined N blocks disappear all along.

I'd love to see a B horror movie based on Deadly Premonition. You would have to hire the cheapest actors in order to replicate the over the top and awkward actions of the characters Also Swery would have to direct it, that is a must!

I think Saints Row games could be made into a great CGI or Live action movie. If it was to be made into CGI then players could upload their characters to the online community and then the character with the most votes would have a cameo role in the movie. Abit like an X-factor audition! lol Warhawk would also be a good game to make into a movie. Jetpacks, Planes, Tanks etc.... Loving the new podcasts :)

You know you're listening to the UK podcast when the word 'dissed' is used in the first 5 minutes. As for the competition I think that AaAaAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity. I think a movie about base jumpers with a heads up display for scoring points could be pretty exciting. Obviously you'd have to expand the plot a little rather than just, 'You like jumping off high places and thats what you' obviously.
