Well technically they did announce a new IP for the 3DS Codename S.T.E.A.M. but I forgot when it's supposed to come out.
  • J-Fid - June 18, 2014 6:52 p.m.

You have your RS remake names mixed up.
  • WrathLord03 - June 18, 2014 1:56 p.m.

GamesRadar finally admits its Nintendo bias by knowing more about them than any other.
  • shawksta - June 18, 2014 3:27 p.m.

Making safe predictions on a safe company isnt really a bias :P
  • Jamiehb - June 19, 2014 8:23 a.m.

The only bias I saw was when they were deciding whether or not to give themselves the points!
  • Divine Paladin - June 14, 2014 9:13 a.m.

Because I'm bored and have nothing else to do: You got 10.295 points for Sony. 8 points for Microsoft (9 if we find the Milo joke funny). And a VERY shaky 23.78 Nintendo points. In reality, you got 14.78 predictions right, but you gave yourselves five points on Smash characters, 10 on Zelda U, and then -4 on Bayonetta. So you got between 33.075 and 43.075 points. Above the Mendoza line, at least!

And the eighth mario installment is not the answer
  • Notanerd - June 9, 2014 5:09 p.m.

The WiiU shouldn't need to rely on the 3ds or Activision, Ubisoft (Cod, assasins creed, watch dogs) the WiiU is lacking it's own lack luster
  • TheGreyWizard - June 9, 2014 8:17 a.m.

The Last Guardian in pretty much all I care about in this year's E3. Hope you guys are correct.
  • LoboMau - June 9, 2014 7:11 a.m.

I got 99 problems, but not watching the E3 ain't one.
  • Clovin64 - June 9, 2014 6:09 a.m.

Majora's Mask on the 3DS would be cool, but on the subject of 3DS remakes I'd love to see Final Fantasy V or VI make the jump to 3DS, in the same way we got FFIII and IV on the DS. I know I say that every year, but still... For the Sony conference I'd love to see an official announcement and trailer concerning From Software's Project Beast. Is it a new IP? Demon's Souls 2? Is it a PS4 exclusive etc.
  • Notanerd - June 8, 2014 10:15 p.m.

At this point yes, the WiiU is worth $ much as ONE new game
  • Notanerd - June 8, 2014 10 p.m.

Ok. Commenting on the WiiU...The WiiU IS a good machine soley made for kids or today's youth. What this machine is missing are games made for that machine.Nintendo, you can only remake mario so many times...And...old resales of earthbound, chrono trigger, and contra will not cut it because today's youth has no idea about these old titles nor desires to play them...It's been nearly 2 years of the wiiu's release and thus far dissapointing with such little selection.what they need are newly modern games "Like" earthbound, chrono trigger, battletoads. but not in 8 or 16 bit and a new title at seems Nintendo is lazy and just try to keep resaling off mario.enough guys...remade mario is ok but get off your buts and start making your machine a winner that it can be

Nintendo wants to appeal to everyone and that's hurting them now. The rest of the market is for the most part focusing on a mature audience (albeit in a mostly misguided way, kinda 90s comic syndrome). Also most of the industry also is rehashing the same tropes they've used for the past generation. But anyways I didn't see much incentive in the PS4 and Xbone given that most of their 3rd party lineup will be better on PC and with few embracing local multiplayer, what does a console have at this point that differentiates it from a PC. For better or worse Nintendo will build a variety of games you can't get anywhere else. Also local.

it's actually the Wii that is hurting their reputation as it was not viewed as a serious gamers machine , they have tried to correct this with the WiiU but they have made such a bad job of the announcement and release it killed early sales. It does not help that the PS4 is aimed solely for the western market with no intention of a proper release in japan , PS4 was actually designed by SONY's American office and not their japanese head quarters. My understanding of this years E3 and the Microsoft v SONY v Nintendo battle is Microsoft showed Games from beginning to end , SONY got absolute praise for showing what Microsoft got complete stick showing last year and Nintendo done the usual - what ever they felt like and this time it was new information , new games and exclusive content. My understanding is also SONY's Exclusives were content based only , there was a few games shown but nothing that cant be found some place else. With Microsoft getting the battering from last year the games were they perfect area to head to , fresh meat , new details , Demo's to die for , this is the year that they should have embarrassed SONY and Nintendo. This year Nintendo were out to prove they didn't need mario and zelda games to be successful , with a new IP , exclusive games and exclusive content. Some of the details/Predictions were guaranteed to be true as Nintendo starts the hype motor running when they are getting ready to release a machine or game and this time it was Super Smash Bros. on WiiU and 3DS. The thing that differentiates a console from a PC is a console is locked to specific abilities and is easier to code for while a PC has more variables but can be altered more. someone put up on a forum that nintendo is better off going software only as they make excellent games but not very good hardware - they can only make these games if they have control over the hardware , they can only do the things they do because they make it happen by doing their way , EA didn't like this so have shunned the WiiU with Excuses that have no substance when you consider what some of EA's studio's and developers they publish for were saying. my order for winners/loser's at E3 goes as follows 1. GAMERS 2. Indies 3. Nintendo 4. Microsoft 5. SONY With so many Games coming it was down to who showed the best hand and with out the Gamer's hungry for more no won would have won Indies come second due to the fact they are opening the doors wide to them. Nintendo is next only for the treehouse where they went into extensive detail of the games they have planned and how far along they are Microsoft is next as they supplied what Games they would have on offer. SONY comes fifth due to the fact they actually just supplied what SONY fans want to here so they can gloat about how good the system (even though the stuff is already on other devices like XboxONE and WiiU.) All this is just my opinion so don't take it as fact , I love the machine i have already and know which machine i would get next.

WELP Final Fantasy XV and KH3 were said to not show up at E3. Hopefully it wont kill the hype. The hype is still large for other stuff!
  • cyco687 - June 7, 2014 10:19 p.m.

There's a very short, but infinitely intriguing teaser for KH3 at the end of the 2.5 Remix trailer.
  • shawksta - June 8, 2014 3:35 p.m.

    Yeah, there's that.
  • ahkdigital - June 6, 2014 10:50 a.m.

I laughed at the Bubsy 2 slide - I got that game for my birthday one year, so it's a nostalgic and fond memory. Great read (so far, almost through), and very entertaining.
  • SpadesSlick - June 6, 2014 10:34 a.m.

I would lose my fucking mind if Lost Odyssey 2 was announced. Keep that dream alive.
