Still drooling over Dragon Age 2's 'Destiny' debut trailer? Brother, that was so last week. If you really want to be part of the cool kids' club, then you'd best be setting your hellfire eyes on developer BioWare's new, new 'Director's Cut' Destiny trailer.

As it turns out, two minutes wasn't enough to contain the raw, bloodied essence of BioWare's latest vision. The extended cut features 43 extra seconds of CGI mastery including more fight-time between Hawke and his horned foe as well as an extended intro showcasing said foe in all his primal badassery. We've griped before about game trailers that favour eye-candy over information, but Dragon Age 2's promo campaign is still in its infancy and right now any new media is more than welcome to warm our servers.

    Awesome video, I really got into the first Dragon Age. The wait is going to be torture, good thing so many good games are coming out in the next few months to hold me over.

    I love the new look of the Qunari. This dude has insane horns so he must be pretty senior in their culture. In DA:O Sten shunned magic said Qunari had a distain for it... this trailer clearly shows the Qunari using some sort of magic to stun Hawke; I wonder what else will change in DA2.

    @readtolights he didn't use it before he got almost disemboweled because it's blood magic and you need blood to use it.
    I can't wait for this game to come out it sounds completely awesome.

    Dragon Age two is the game I am most looking forward to in the next year. The more I see, the more I want it now; but I remain calm because I know they are still working to make it even better. (Having it now would mean having it less than sublime, and I wouldn't want that.)
