I don't understand why this is even news-worthy. Just a simple mistake. The gameplay is all that matters folks.

nah it's not worse than the okami-ign cover,at least they used there own artwork here rather than ripping off there own artwork from someone else's website it's just a shame the dude in charge of the cover was daydreaming about the game he's going to pitch to the top dog's at capcom, hopefully it's Resident Weevil:Operation Raconteur Kitty, cause that sound's awsome. In other new's the game is on shelve's today where is the review?seen gamesmaster gave it 91%,but GamesTM magazine which i normally agree with score wise gave it 6 outta 10 which mean's it's just above average,so hoping to see a gamesradar review soon as i kinda agree with there scoring they dish out most of the time.

maybe its not about revelations but revels?

Americans screwed over again. The european copy is fine, it's fancy text too like the box cover not that black bold shit! Strange that I got about 5 instruction manuals for every language known to man with mine though!

A game about a weevil president and his loquacious kitten sidekick? IT MUST BE MADE.
  • Clovin64 - January 27, 2012 6:52 a.m.

Thats a Collector's edition right there. Want!
  • codystovall - January 27, 2012 6:51 a.m.

    I gotta get one.
  • FlyinMachine - January 27, 2012 6:44 a.m.

If Capcom rushed out a sloppy, incorrect box art cover then it makes you wonder how much of the actual game they didn't give a shit about and kicked out the door to meet the release date. Poor show Capcom, poor show indeed.

I still like this better than games with "Z" and "X" put in place of correct letters in an effort to sound cool, or games that substitute the number of the sequel for one of the letters, like "3" instead of "E". I would keep it if I got one of these boxes. What a colossal fuck up though. You know heads are rolling at Capcom right now.

Any possibility of a 'meme' was just destroyed with you announcing it like that.
  • MidianGTX - January 27, 2012 6:32 a.m.

I really don't think this article gets a say in whether or not a meme comes out of it...
  • mijetman - January 27, 2012 5:49 a.m.

I would play a game about a Cyborg Lion. At one point he could fight a Robo-Zebra.
  • luckyseven - January 27, 2012 5:44 a.m.

This is truly a disturbing revelaiton.
  • IChooseUAntistaMON - January 27, 2012 5:41 a.m.

    It was Brett's fault
  • codystovall - January 27, 2012 6:51 a.m.

    yeah probably.
  • ultimatepunchrod - January 27, 2012 6:53 a.m.

Hey shut up this is Breitt!
  • Mezolitik - January 27, 2012 5:21 a.m.

It'll be worth a fortune in a million years. If they can't copy-edit three words, there's something terribly, terribly wrong at Capcom.
  • Fizban - January 27, 2012 5:12 a.m.

    and probably adds value
  • Barnsley Pal - January 27, 2012 5:10 a.m.

How does such a blatant error make it through the production line. This is far worse than the Okami-IGN screw-up.
