The Nintendo DS is slowly encroaching on the PSP's multimedia functionality super-party. Next month, Opera Software is releasing a DS web browser in Japan for about $30, adding a whole new level of possibilities for the excessively successful handheld. There'll be two versions, of course - one for DS Lite and one for, as it's now been affectionately named, the DS Phat.
Sadly, there's still no US release date or official price to go on. What's the deal Opera? Don't make us have to pull out our cell phones, slowly text emails and clumsily surf the internet in search for more information.
